IMMEDIATE ACTION NEEDED

URGENT! Contact Your State Legislators Immediately and Tell Them You Support a Special Session to Save ESAs! We have an opportunity to protect Empowerment Scholarship Accounts (ESAs), which have empowered the parents of over 102,000 children in Arizona. The Arizona Christian Education Coalition, along with other school choice advocates, have been working with lawmakers on an agreement that would protect Arizona families by ensuring the anti-ESA ballot measure that has been circulating throughout the state since March (paid for by money from out of state) will not be placed on the ballot! We are faced with a well-funded campaign by out-of-state education unions who have already poured over $4 million into Arizona to chisel away your ability to exercise that right and to specifically target private Christian schools such as ours. Your lawmakers need to hear from you. Please email them as soon as possible and tell them that you support a special session to save ESAs . It is that simple...

SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH YOUR FRIENDS, FAMILY AND NEIGHBORS

Right now, opponents of school choice are actively collecting signatures to place anti-ESA measures on the 2026 ballot. If they succeed, these measures would kick tens of thousands of students off the Empowerment Scholarship Account program, disrupt special needs families, and open the door to unlimited government regulation of private schools. This is not a distant threat. Signature gatherers are in grocery store parking lots, at community events, and on neighborhood sidewalks across Arizona right now. Many of the people they approach don't know what they're signing - and that's exactly what the opposition is counting on. We need your help to change that. The opposition is funded by out-of-state special interests spending millions to eliminate school choice in Arizona. They're building their campaign on a fraud narrative that has been thoroughly debunked - actual fraud in the ESA program is 0.3%, far below Medicaid, food stamps, or unemployment insurance. But debunked ...
