DECLINE TO SIGN

Right now, opponents of school choice are actively collecting signatures to place anti-ESA measures on the 2026 ballot. If they succeed, these measures would kick tens of thousands of students off the Empowerment Scholarship Account program, disrupt special needs families, and open the door to unlimited government regulation of private schools. This is not a distant threat. Signature gatherers are in grocery store parking lots, at community events, and on neighborhood sidewalks across Arizona right now. Many of the people they approach don't know what they're signing - and that's exactly what the opposition is counting on. We need your help to change that. The opposition is funded by out-of-state special interests spending millions to eliminate school choice in Arizona. They're building their campaign on a fraud narrative that has been thoroughly debunked - actual fraud in the ESA program is 0.3%, far below Medicaid, food stamps, or unemployment insurance. But debunked ...

ACT SCORES FOR JUNIORS

A message from ACT:  "Good news! Your scores from the Spring 2026 school-day ACT online test are once again available in MyACT. As you may be aware, ACT had previously removed scores from online testing this spring in MyACT. After a rescoring process to ensure all scores are fair and reliable, your Composite score and section scores have either stayed the same or have slightly increased based on your individual performance. Your scores are not lower than what was previously available in your MyACT account. We have shared reissued scores with your school. In addition, if you had ACT share your results with colleges or scholarship agencies, ACT is providing revised scores to each organization you identified. If you sent your scores outside of the ACT process, you should resend your updated scores (if affected) so that those institutions have the most up-to-date information. If you have questions, please submit an online inquiry form ."

RESOURCES ABOUT THE DECLINE TO SIGN INITIATIVE

Please continue to encourage friends and family to oppose attempts to put the “Protect Education, Accountability Now” initiative sponsored by the AZ Education Association and Save Our Schools Arizona and the “Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account Reform and Accountability Act” initiative, sponsored by FortifyAZ, on the November general election ballot. Pray that the opposition will have their hearts changed and see that school choice is about putting students first, not funding school systems.
